What is K-Rend?
K-Rend is a premium silicone-based rendering system. Unlike traditional sand and cement render which needs painting, K-Rend has the colour mixed in (through-colour). It is highly water-repellent, breathable, and much more flexible.
Do I need to clear the room?
Ideally, yes. Having the room completely empty allows us to work efficiently and protects your furniture. If heavy items cannot be moved, we ask that they be moved to the center. We supply all protective sheets.
